Do we have a returning date confirmed?
No, I can't go on the Tiger Cruise. Would love to, but I do have my tickets to SD!
Good one SailorMom59!!!
Oh aatlmom, that is so wonderful that he called! Bummer that you didn't see it come in but God does answer prayers! Let us know when you do get to actually talk to him.
Alright....about to cry and hug anyone of you who prayed that my son would call! He did! Of course it was at a time when I had my phone on vibrate and in my purse during a meeting. I didn't see he called til after the meeting! UGH! He left a voicemail. He sounded great and said he would call back in a couple days.! I hope so! He will become an uncle again tomorrow as my daughter and husband have their second child tomorrow ! Thanks for the encouragement everyone !
I hear 'ya aatimom. Just remember the boat's afloat and the crews A-Okay!
(I really should sign off the Stockdale room, but son is a plank owner and we were lucky 'nuf to go to Commissioning and another visit in SD, and IT IS AWESOME). He's now in Monterey in language school. Can't help but love the USS Stockdale and pray for its crew.
