For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Happy Mother's Day to all of you! Hope you had better luck than I did, haven't heard from my daughter in over a week, feeling a little sad. But she has put a couple of pictures on Facebook, so I think she's okay.
Ladies, we are back in Japan, not homeport just yet but soon...we had 2 skype calls today, it was awesome to hear his voice
Also x2, I love the pic of your son, mine and his highschool friend are both on this ship, they played Baseball together in highschool....when I saw this pic I wondered if they get to throw the ball together now? I will have to ask him....and Tammy....you can ask Jmil, see if we get the same answer, lol

Havent heard from my son since 4-7. I seen on the Tortuga facebook page that homecoming is coming up. Does anyone know when this is? We won't be able to be there but still would like to know.
This is my son. So glad to see him having some funtime!!
