OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Cassie- You are able to live with your sailor while in A School. A wife I know was going to move to GL to be with her husband, they told him it would be easier if they just moved her up there. But they decied to wait. But Im pretty sure you can.

Aww Im sorry to hear that but at least you do get to be down there with him during that time. I'm trying, my boyfriend offered to help me if I needed it. It is really hard, he was in Boot Camp for Thanksgiving, his 18th birthday, Christmas, and New Years....it was really hard.

Im not engaged, but those sorry reactions make me more upset. Sierra is right, they say "sorry" 'cause they have nothing else to say. My friends (who think they understand but dont) say it to me all the time when I talk to them about how much I miss Steven and it just makes me more upset 'cause I get so tired of hearing "OH I'm sorry!"
