Georgia actually isnt that bad. but the weather we are getting right now is kind of indicating what the summer will be. It snowed less than a week ago and this week we are in the upper 60's. Ive never been to San Diego ( i actually prayed that we didnt orders there) so im not sure how the weather is there. my hubby wont be home this summer either :(

My husband and i are both from Georgia so you can only imagine the change in climate. lol it sucks but it takes a little bit of getting used to. i have not experienced a summer in Virginia, but i have heard that they are hot and VERY humid. Like miserable weather.

well keep up the good work. Seriously. i hope the weather cooperates for you this summer. It is going nutts right now. We got snow the other day. So that put a damper on my daily jogging. i had to wait for all the snow and ice to melt.

yeah i know how that is. I've been trying to get in shape. i started running but i think the weather is against me haha. Stupid Virginia Beach weather. The rain does not permit exercising.

yeah soda is just all around bad for you. I stopped drinking it and now im addicted to crystal light. but it only has 10 calories and it is like drinking water. i know what you mean about the migraines. lol thats why i have to get my fix in the morning. It gets easier. Although i dont think coffee has anywhere near all of the bad things soda has in it.

Hey girls! I've been receiving emails of your messages so I thought I'd say hello. I'm new to this site as well and don't know many people well actually I don't know a single person who's in my shoes that's why I decided to create a profile on here, to be around people who knows what it's like to love a man who serves!

i joined the group when my husband left for basic in May of 2010, but i made a new account. when i first joined my mother in law was my first friend. There's nothing wrong with that. ha its hard putting yourself out there and talking to people you have never talked to before. The only thing about finding a job here is that, because it is a tourist town all of the jobs are seasonal. so i may start applying at daycare centers since my degree is in Early Childhood Education.

Lucky (about working at the coffee shop) I LOVE coffee!!!

Thank you. I accepted. I know the feeling i have been like stir crazy because i'm new up here. I wish i had a job. i cannot stand not doing anything, it drives me crazy that i have a degree but no job. i do not think i could do two jobs though. i would be exhausted.
