Got a letter today!!! Aaron said he cried and cried when he read the letters from home! Which in turn made me cry! But he said all is going good and said to keep sending letters because they are GOLD to him right now!!

Hey moms -  do you know if they get extra PT if pictures are sent?  I'm thinking of bribing my son to write.  If he doesn't write, I will send pictures until he does write.  I hope that isn't too mean, but I was disappointed that he didn't write me but he wrote his ex-girlfriend.

No letter from my SR.  Not surprised.  Maybe I will get a call soon.

I'm so glad you all received letters.

I was so excited to open my mailbox and had two letters from my boyfriend! I started bawling in the car! This definitely made me miss him more than I already did! Glad our sailors are doing good!

Just got my letter! He sounds good! Misses us all and the freedoms he had at home...lol. No date on the letter, but he writes about swim quals tomorrow.  Wants us to send lots of letters and small pics.  Oh, man I think I miss him even more after the letter....So proud of him :)

Thank you all again for the prayers and thoughts.  I'm still hoping when I get home that I get a letter too.  Please take care and I will talk to you all again soon.

If any of you talk or write your SR's, Im curious to know who his Bf's are there...Daryn is his first name and we are from Waverly, Il. Let me know if any of your SR's mention his name

ProudNavy mom..I understand. I miss mine the most on Sundays because of our family routine..church, lunch, hanging out and watching football. Praying all the letters come today!!

MommaG- my letter came today, but I am only about 3 hours from him.

Dannys mom- just read about your family- I am so sorry for your loss. Praying for Gods peace to surround you in a way only He can.

Oh, I hope I get a letter today. I am missing my boy something horrible. Just need to hear from him and know all is well. Can't wait for the mail lady to show up, got a few hours to wait on her though.  This weekend was tough. Yesterday we shot skeet and targets, this is something we all do as a family.  Couldn't stop feeling the empty spot in my heart, since this is one of Cole's favorite things to do. Our house is just so different now, hard to get used to.

Sharpmom., great to hear your Son is doing so well. It is reassuring to me and everyone else Im sure.

Danny's Mom- So sad to hear about the loss in your family. I will keep you family in my prayers.
