My son graduated A School (AM) on July 22, and will be headed to San Diego after he finishes his leave.  He also just got married (July 19), so will be bringing his new wife along shortly.  Would like to find out if there are support groups (on line or on base) to help them acclimate.  Has anyone heard of anything?  Thanks!!

Hi :)

My son just graduated A school in Pensacola today and will be going to C school in San Diego for AE.  Besides the work load and harder classes, what is the difference?  Will they be in barrack/dorm rooms similar to A school?

Hi--my sailor is in San Angelo for C school and I am wondering where is the best place to stay there for a visit that is close to the base--didn't know if there was someplace we could stay on base since it is AFB....

My sailor has been in SA for two weeks now, after 6 months in GL.  He likes the sunshine, but says it is hot, hot, hot in SA.  I guess the air conditioner broke this weekend in the dorms, and it got to 105 degrees in the building.

Chrissy was in GL for 1 1/2 years. Being it is a training command, nothing but BC and A schools, the personnel are more strict. Chrissy likes Dalhgren much better. Of course she hopes to get San Deigo next.
