I just found a photo on the FMTB-E Facebook page of a good friend's son who just arrived at FMTB , so cool! (He's been in for a couple of years and been an IA in the sandbox, but never did FMTB till now). Wish FMTB-E had a FB page when my son went through in 2010, oh well, just as well or I'd have been glued to it for eight weeks haha
Sure you can, I did! :) Go to the video on FB, then click "Share" at bottom right to share to FB. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=152742311543569&set=vb.441...
Marcy, how can I post this video to my FB page? Is it okay if I do?
Marcy, thanks for sharing this! Tissue alert! Well, maybe I am just one big tissue alert.

Tenn Navy Mom....I cannot read that plaque with a dry eye. So very glad that MEPS did this.
Thanks gals. It was amazing having him home. Hard to let him go back. Unfortunately he was very ready to get back to his routine and getting ready to leave. Makes it hard on us moms when they are that ready to get back to the routine of military life. LOL
Kathy I wish I could go see him off but with work and limited finances I am unable to go see him off. I am half way across the country from him and as of right now they don't even know the exact date that they are leaving. I will however do my best to be there for their homecoming. I will move heaven and earth to be there for that one.
Welcome to the group Paula. Great pic of the 2 of you. Like Texasmom said tell him to study study study. Grades are partially important at corpsman school. They help a lot with getting what he wants. Hope we can help with any questions you may have.
Update on my son he is back at CP. He came home for Christmas. It was amazing to have him home. Now we are just waiting for the day of deployment which should be any day now. Not looking forward to it but it is what he wants to do.
Have a great day or night gals.
Hi Paula! Love the pic of you and your son - very handsome! About his computer, have him check around.....there are many places that mail goes to at these different bases and unfortunately, things get routed to different places. Good luck to your son. Tell him to study study study!
