Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. This is my second time to go through this and I feel just as nervous and excited as I did the first time! I'm also not sure if my son passed his final PFA so I guess that's why I feel this way. Diannep, thank you for helping us with the dates for BattleStations.

Haven't received a BattleStations date yet from anyone for 199/200...but could be going through later this week. Just keep praying and hopefully someone will get info on when they are going through and send it to me. I will let you all know when I have more info on BattleStations. Just can't post the dates here. We have to private message them.

I'm getting really nervous....I haven't had a letter since 5/29th...he said they had finished their division shirts and that he had ordered us some and they were doing good as far as earning flags and as a division...I need to know something. I wrote him about a week ago to ask when battlestations was and to wish him luck.....haven't heard anything :-(
