I hope those of you who were able to have your sailors home had a wonderful time. We had a whirlwind of a time with our sailor family and the rest of mine, but it was good to get hugs and to have them in our neck of the woods after a three-year absence!!

Y'all, these fires in SoCal are bad....our winds are out of control, multiple fires burning, structures lost - 1000 homes and buildings.  I've even heard now a few lives have been lost.

Please pray for the firefighters and everyone in the path of the fires.

B'sNukeMom - It's just awful. Praying for everyone's safety and that the fires can be contained soon. You stay SAFE!

Cute picture!! As I looked out at our snow yesterday, I wished I could transport my older grandchildren to our backyard. They rarely get snow, and they would have so much fun!!

Good advice for anyone in the snow areas, especially where it is less common.
