OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Love the dress.  Can't wait to meet all of you.  I will be the one with my son's girlfriend crying my eyes out.  This has really been a journey and I appreciate all of you guys for the insight and support.  Hope to see you at the meet and greet at the Ramada.  If not, we will be front and center at PIR with multiple cameras!!! :)

Welcome to N4Ms!  I am thinking that your husband is in BC right now and will PIR on 11/4/11?  Cool, I'll start watching for his Division number on the RTC Facebook page to come up!  This site (and the ones on FB) may say Moms, but it's those who LOVE our Sailors (or soon to be Sailors) that make this site awesome!  Hope to meet you soon!
