Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Hi Laurie, Justins Mom..I am Sorelle, Aarons Mom.. Aaron left May 16 from Phoenx Az and is scheduled to graduate July 13, 2012. I received a form letter from Aaron regarding the rules and graduation. He wrote a quick note on the back page and said he was doing good, they had not yet started training, alot of sitting around and he missed us...Later the same day I receivied the box... I am thankful for this website or I would have been in the dark abut the box and most likely would have had a melt down. You are not alone, I have not heard from Aaron yet via phone or letter... Let me know if you hear from your son and I will do the same.. thanks so much.

Calls for Recruits.org would like you to know about a program for the Men and Women of our Armed Forces.  I am giving away free phone cards for Recruits to use while they are in basic training to keep in touch with Family Members and Loved Ones.  I feel that the Family, Loved Ones, nor the Men and Women of our Armed Forces should have to pay for phone calls from Boot Camp.  Please click the link above and get your new Service Member the FREE phone cards they need.

hey Laurie! How ya doing today? I was doing great yesterday but am really struggling to keep my emotions in check today. Once we know the kids ship/division #'s there will groups formed for those that we can join. You can join any group you want actually. After bootcamp you can move on to A-School groups etc. I found so much good information just looking thru all the DEP and bootcamp ones. You can read any of them, just have to join to be able to comment.
