She is going to Pensacola for A school for AD training. We missed her phone call Saturday. I thought she'd get to call on Sundays. Hoping to receive a letter from her this week.

Dee'smom,

I see you recently joined the Moms of Daughters 2 group and I want to welcome you!!  I'm glad you found us. So your daughter is in boot camp now? Come join the chat in our group - there is usually someone on every day. We are a friendly, caring group of moms who have daughters in all stages of Navy life - from newbies to those whose daughters have been in for several years - from officer to enlisted!!! We support all our sailor girls and each other as well. Not just during the bootcamp days but the weeks and months following, as they go off to school, first duty station, or first deployment.  Let us support you when you're missing her, lend an ear when you need to vent, and celebrate with you when you want to brag!!  What is your daughter's rating (job) choice?  Will she be going to A school after BC?  We look forward to getting to know you and your sailor!! Again, Welcome Aboard!!!!

Hi, welcome to Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones). I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Your Username appears to contain your last name; if so, you should change that and the URL to this page. Numbers 1 and 2 at the bottom of OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) (clickable link) will tell you how to fix both. There may be other changes you will want to make as well, such as number 3. Be sure to check out the other Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) as well. You may want to check out Mom’s of Navy Daughters, Mom's of Daughters 2, and Women in the Navy. What is your SR's rating (job/specialty) going to be? There are groups for most ratings and/or "A" Schools and knowing that will help you to better plan for PIR weekend. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
