OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Oh yay -- I found you. My son is Josh. Just got a letter saying that many were getting connected here! It took me awhile, but HERE YOU ARE!! My daughter and I will be at PIR on the 16th. We're staying at the Ramada in Gurnee as well. We won't be arriving in time to go to the gathering, but hope we'll connect sometime that evening! Josh is also leaving for Pensacola afterwards. Does anyone know if these guys are part of 'Grad and Go?' I was reading that this group takes off RIGHT after graduation. I've written to Josh about this, but maybe one of you knows too. Well, I'm just glad I found all of you! What
