Thank you for passing on the temperature problem in the drill hall!  I will pass that along to the ladies.  I didn't know about that. We were there in the winter and it was comfortable in there with the heat....hope all went well with your PIR and thanks again for passing that along!  Feel free to jump on the PIR groups whenever you like, now that you are a veteran, and share your experiences!

Good luck to your sailor!

Wonderful that you got his box & letter.  That's the hardest thing to wait for.  Hang in there.  We are writing a letter every day, except Sunday, as no mail pick-up.  Just know that you will only get one letter a week, once they can start writing.  They are only allowed time on Sundays to do that.  If you don't get a letter this week, it's ok.  It might not be until next week.  If you want or need to talk about anything, please give me a call.

So far you are the only one I have seen. Do you think we could start a group for our division?

It looks like it's your son who is in. Same here. His name is Aaron and he's 21, almost 22. We live in West Jordan, Utah. Aaron joined mainly because he didnt like college and couldn't find a job. We didn't know it was going to take 10 months before he left for boot camp though. Acording to his letter (more like a note) he's doing fine. How is your son doing?

Actually, I was very surprised to get the letter yesterday.  It usually takes a couple of weeks.  I've been thinking about you all week & hoping you were doing ok.  The division Brian is in is a ceremonial division.  It's supposed to be a high honor to get that.  I have no clue why, but hopefully when we get his next letter we will know.  Have you gotten the clothes back yet?
