Hi Suzy,
Glad you got the messages. I believe the ombudsman's email address is in those messages. Her name is Jennifer. We are in Michigan, north of Grand Rapids. I am getting tired of the rain and wind. I like your pictures.
Hi Suzy,
I'll go through my emails and send it to you. I haven't gotten one for a few weeks. I haven't heard from my son by phone yet. He has emailed us. But there is nothing like hearing his voice. I had a dream about him the other night. He came home to visit and I carried him around like he was a little boy again except he was full grown and I carried him with me every where I went and he was in uniform! The next morning I was telling my daughter that I had had a dream about him and when I tried to tell her about it, I burst into tears. I miss him. We are going to SD when they return from deployment. Are you going?
Hi, "aatlmom," and welcome to Indiana Moms! I'm the administrator for the group, so if you have any questions, please ask. My son is a Nuke MM serving on the submarine ALABAMA, based out of Bangor, WA. He's been in for five years.
If you're near Indy (or willling to drive), there's a monthly informal dinner in Avon (on the west side) which meets on third Mondays. Click Nov. 21 on the Events calendar (right-hand column) for those details. From time to time, we also have regional gatherings in various parts of the state.
Jump in with any questions or comments you may have. I think you'll find we're a nice bunch of folks and always willing to lend an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. Hugs! k.
Hope this helps...if you have other questions...I can try and help out.
If A is like my A, then you will have to read as much as you can and then start putting 2 and 2 together...Mine doesn't talk much about Navy to me. Details later. No groups within Indiana by county. I'll look later to see if I can match your 'town' and let you know what I find.
My A is stationed in the S. Pacific.

You may be able to find his ship's ombudsman or his ship's FRG (Family Readiness Group), but he may need to put you on those lists.
