2 more days! So Exciting. Praying for safe travels everyone going to see their Sailors!
That is great to hear - That was one of my biggest fears that he would have to loose his sense of humor. This is one of his nice features. Of course it could probably get him in a bit of trouble if he isn't careful about when he is the funny guy.
I haven't gotten a letter from in over a week. But I am sure his is busy studing and trying to do his best.
Did you son say how they are doing ?
My son wrote home saying that he may get to call home again this week. That is pretty exciting. Do your SR's have nick names there - I would love to write my son and see if he knows them, which I am sure they do know each other by now - since they eat, sleep, & bathe together :$ poor kids! My son said they call him OX? funny name but must be it suits him there.
Hi,
Hope your son called today. Our boy called around 4:30. We got to talk for about 20 minutes. He sounded great! He said he did well on all his tests so far and is looking forward to weapons training this week. He said he thinks he knows your son, too. How funny. Anyway, thanks for sharing. Have a GREAT week! : ) ~A~
My son isd 21. Looking forward to A school.
Hi,
Did you get one personal letter yet? What state are you in? Maybe weather delays...my son said there are 84 in div 094. He said there was a mention of phone calls this week, so I haven't left my phone! But no call yet. Have you made hotel/air yet? Stay in touch, ok.
~Angel
