My son left July 11,2012 for Boot Camp.  Got that quick 1st phone call but just dying for the next or even the package with his things in it!!  My daughter was in the Air Force and then went to the Army National Guard. This past February she returned from a 15 month deployment to Africa.  Everyone things that I should just be used to this but I just can't get used to it!!  These are my babies!!
