Hi - does anyone know if the Navy supplies the sailors with contact lens or do we buy them for him? Can they be shipped to him before graduation so he can wear them then?Continue

I see you have joined USS Hopper & Hawaii Sailors. You can delete your discussion there (click on USS Hopper Ship 003 Division 001 and then Options in the upper right and then "Delete Discussion")and then leave the group (click on USS Hopper & Hawaii Sailors and then "Leave Group in the upper right). USS Hopper & Hawaii Sailors is for those who actually have a Sailor on that Naval vessel, not the “ship” (barracks) at the RTC.
Join PIR 11/13/2015 TG 01 - 11 Divisions (001-010 and 901) to connect with others with loved ones training with your recruit. Divisions 001 and 002 are brother divisions and train together and will have Battle Stations-21 (BST) together, so look for others with loved ones in either division. There is a discussion within PIR 11/13/2015 TG 01 - 11 Divisions (001-010 and 901) for the two divisions.
I also invite you to join Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) and to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) there.
Take care and blessings to you and yours.
oin the group, DEP-Leavin for bootcamp in September orLeavin' for bootcamp in October, to connect with others with loved ones who arrived the same day and may have PIR together.
I also invite you to join, or at least check out, Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) and PIR Reference Information. Once you know your recruit’s PIR date and/or division number, watch in Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) and/or at http://www.navyformoms.com/forum/topics/groups-listed-by-pir-date and join the group for that once it has been created. There will be a lot of great information and support for you in those groups. Be sure to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) and Discussions within the groups. Arrival and What Happens at the RTC within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) will let you know what is happening, but you will also want to check out the other Pages in all of the groups.
