All Hands Magazine's full length documentary "Making a Sailor": This video follows four recruits through Boot Camp in the spring of 2018 who were assigned to DIV 229, an integrated division, which had PIR on 05/25/2018.

Thanks for the Friend request; I hope we can be around for some time to support each other. If there is ever anything I can help you with, don't hesitate to ask. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
As far as who is going to PIR, that is up to your family. You have to decide what will work for you and yours. I don't know the dynamics in your family to advise anything other than to give you the rules that apply. If someone doesn't want to fly and that 12+ hour road trip is out, then you can have a party once you get the PIR DVD 5-8 weeks after PIR and watch it together. Be sure to let your SR know if there is to be a change in the list. As far as your SIL, know that you can ask your SR if there is a buddy who does not have 4 coming who could put someone on his/her list. You would then need to know the name of that buddy once you get to the Visitors Center and the buddy would have to pass everything or the person on that list would have to wait. The 11/02/2012 TG has at least 13 divisions, so it is important to be there early and even moreso if you do end up with extras.
