I am a mom of 4 amazing kiddos, 2 boys & 2 girls; 19,17,15 & 12. We live in beautiful Colorado. It is my oldest that is a SR at Great Lakes right now. His PIR is Oct 26. My husband, Doug, and our 3 other kids are so proud that he has chosen to serve his country as a U.S. Navy Sailor.

My son is Bryan. He turned18 in May, and graduated HS in June. His 3 closest friends all joined a branch of the service. I'm glad he. Picked theNavy as well. Bryanwas on theVarsity bowling team for 3 years of HS. He loves video games. I haven't. Gotten a real letter or phone call from him yet, but hoping soon. I've already made my hotel reservations for graduation. I hope 10-26-12 comes awful fast! Bryan's friend Spencer graduated from Navy on 9-7-12 and I saw his ceremony on FB and it made me cry & miss Bryan so much : )
