OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hey Hey Captain Jack

I gotta lose this body fat

If I don’t lose this fat quick

Captains gonna have a fit

Says hes gonna send me home

If I don’t leave that cake alone

I don’t wanna fitness plan

I want a burger in my hand

Now my food is always made

Because I gotta watch my weight

I use to eat

Steak and cake

Now I gotta

Gotta watch my weight

Use to eat

Steak and cake

But now I gotta

Gotta watch my weight

Motivated on a run

Gonna pick up out a hunny bun

If the bun were in my mouth

I would chew it all about

Working out is just no fun

Push ups, sit ups, 10-mile run

Gotta lose this body fat

Gotta get my caption off my back

I use to eat

Steak and cake

Now I gotta

Gotta watch my weight

Use to eat

Steak and cake

But now I gotta

Gotta watch my weight

Medium well or medium rare

Now all I can do is stare

Wish that steak was on my plate

I wish I wasn’t gaining weight

Metabolism slowing down

Fats accumulating all around

Captain said he’ll make me back

If I don’t lose this body fat

I use to eat

Steak and cake

Now I gotta

Gotta watch my weight

Use to eat

Steak and cake

But now I gotta

Gotta watch my weight

Rice cakes and celery

He tells me that it’s good for me

Now he’s measuring’ my waist

While he’s eating burgers in my face

When I look he’s right behind

He’s right there in the chow hall line

He walked right up to my tray

And then he took my cake away

I use to eat

Steak and cake

Now I gotta

Gotta watch my weight

Use to eat

Steak and cake

But now I gotta

Gotta watch my weight

Tuna, broccoli and cauliflower

these are the dishes I must devour.

Just so my figure can be slim and trim

else my waistline will be over the brim.

The weight melts away when you are twenty

just by doing exercise.

But it'll stick like glue when you are sixty

even if you exorcise.

Some ask, "What is your diet philosophy
to be healthy, wealthy and wise?"

Simple I say, "Eat, drink and be merry

order Mexican, Chinese with fries."
