I'm a new navy wife and I'm struggling with it. Every time I seem to be doing fine I get hit. We have a seven
week old baby and I'm truly blessed for them both. Only him being gone and with our relationship and the baby
Being so new its hard. My friends husband was deported and watching her struggle as strong as she
Is… it broke me. The if hell be ok's etc. Him not being close to me and the baby. Then you have other people telling
me people in the serves always cheat. Which I believe has to be crap… not everyone. And hes a great father
and husband. But I let that get to me anyway. I feel so broken, alone, and lost. I find myself getting jealous at stupid things, angry etc and I know I'm pushing him away. I need to find away quick. And though I know it doesn't all
go away, I just want to find away to make it work..

So true sailorwifenmom! We went by weeks as far as benchmarks. Connecting was so important and Number 5? Not wierd at all! Too funny because that one was great therapy! Didn't always cry...but it was just soothing!

All of those sound great thank you. And I'm sort of limited on what I do. I'm breasted feeding and don't supply enough to pump and feed. I do feed every two and three hours and right now shes going threw a growth spurt and is eating every 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hour. So shes constantly with me. And hes on shore right now. And yeah, I look like I'm in shape but I'm so unfit :) the work out would be nice. The shower really help a lot to thank you! I felt refreshed after. Ill also look into the rest of those as well. Thank you. And you all have so much time in, its nice to get advice from people who have so much experience and commitment.

Thanks FTLW and Anna Aviation Mom :-)   btw - my first name is Anna, too!

Kai, I'm glad it helped!  Just hang in there!  I was a nursing mom, so I know it can be hard!  But, take her with you on those walks or to the park or wherever :-)

I was too! Oh those growth spurts! It is so wonderful to be able to nurse your children though. It can add to you feeling physically drained...and "touched out" though. Definitely take a walk when the weather is nice...doesn't have to be long. I know you already know this but I'm gonna be a momma here and say, make sure you eat well! (VBG)!

Ive been handling it a little better. It helps more when you have people who understand what your going threw. I feel less like I'm going crazy. Thank you all :) very very much!
