My SR's PIR is on 21 Nov also. I got a call from her Sunday 14 Oct, she told me she's been sending me letters but I haven't received any of them. It's not easy, but we just need to learn and get better and dealing with this. I'm doing so by spreading love and looking for happiness in every little thing and KEEPING BUSY! :-)

Hi Mary! It’s hard being away from our child. Just keep positive thoughts, pray for their strength physically and mentally. All these emotions will be worth it when you see the at their PIR! If they can get through BC we can get through 8 weeks of missing them. We are here to support! Stay strong and congratulations to your new SR!
I like what Blue said. If they can get through BC, we can get through missing them. That’s our part of the deal. And I agree that the harder it is the more amazing graduation will be.
