My daughter left 3/28 for boot camp. Miss her so much.

My son left 3\28 as well and I think I've cried everyday since. A movie will come on that we would watch and tears come down. I really didn't think it would be this hard. Can't wait for that first phone call.

I know the feeling. Feeling fine, then crying, then fine, then crying. Communication should help, can't wait.

I totally understand. I have written a letter or card every day waiting to mail when I get her address.

My daughter got the call the Friday before. We spent her birthday having fun before dropping her off at her hotel. She left on 3/28.

Winksmom527,

I think we all felt that way but it will get better as soon as the letters and calls start coming in. As soon as you get his address start writing to him i wrote to my son just about everyday! They love receiving letters & drawings!
