While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Hi everyone. My son is in Ship 6 Division 090. I received a call from him this week and it was so good to hear from him. I received a letter yesterday from him too. I am looking forward to getting to know you to support each other and our children. He told me his division is a 'push' division which is why they are graduating a week early. Is that because of the holidays?
Very proud of him and all his fellow recruits that are still pushing through.

Tracy, there is info about a "Push Division" in Arrival and What Happens at the RTC and What does ??? mean? (A Guide to Navy Abbreviations and Terminology). Since Divisions 089 and 090 are among the last divisions in the TG, they will be among the last divisions to go through Battle Stations-21 (BST) and so you will receive the "I'm a Sailor!" call only a day or so before PIR. Write and ask your recruit the date so you will know when to expect the call for sure, but do not openly post the date when you find out.

My son is also on Ship 06 Div 090. I just received his letter on Friday. He called and the one time I didn't have my phone with me, I missed his call. I was hoping I would hear from him today but no luck. Merry Christmas All!
