Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

wow 3weeks and 4 days till michael graduates all the seniors are getting ready for prom. just recieved his graduation decorations and the adorable m&m 's i got for him. as of right now looks like he is still leaving aug 7 will know in june the official date after he retakes his asvab to score for MA. tonight is freshman oreintation for michaels younger brother wow my baby in high school where did time go all he talks about is walking in his brothers footsteps and join the navy too. how awesome would that be. have a great night everyone

I can so relate. JT graduates high school June 1st. Prom was to weeks ago and now we are sending out annoucements and graduation party invites. It seems like just yesterday it was time to register for 4k. My son also has a little brother who is walking in his footsteps and wants to join the Navy also. JT leaves for bootcamp Spet 18 and is going for a MA also. He goes to "A" school immediatly following BC. Maybe we can keep intouch over the next few. SOunds like we may be going through some of the same things. :) Best of wishes for both of your boys.

that would be wonderful diffently sounds like were on the same path would be cool if he got his MA and leaves in sept also ill keep my fingers crossed.
