OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Use Sarge Spadaro’s taxi service. He is the only one allowed on base. Find him on Facebook. He also does the meet and greet the night before PIR

MShell19 it is a really fun good time, you have to RSVP by Div # Sarge will set up tables and chairs by Div. and that is where you will sit with other families who have their Son/Daughter in same div. Good way of meeting New Friends. Also they take Div. pictures of all families. Sarge has a variety of food and I mean alot of it, it will be buffet style. Also you may want to take plenty of cash because they use to have a vendor wgho sold shirts blankets flags and so on. Another thing many Families make these neat Baskets very creative ones and they donate to Sarge and then Sarge will traffle them off so you will buy tickets and put into jar with what basket you like and would like to try and win. Great Fun. They also have a Bar with beer and mix drinks and  pop. so do RSVP its next to Walmart and Springfield  Inn.
