Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

15 days till PIR my husband got a call today stating that my son was injured he broke his knee injured a few days ago he's been avoiding to getting check out. working hard not to be seen.. today's leading his division holding the flag.he fell on his knees. was checked & X ray shows fracture was told that he might be sent home .tomorrow he being seen by a specialist. Was told we should hear something by monday. my son sounded so sad and disappointed Wow 15 days before graduation and he gets injured he is so much in pain I wish I was there with him... my heart aches I don't know how to feel or even think...he wanted this so bad Why Why this had to happen to my boy.. it was mentioned that he might need surgery how does that go.. does he gets surgery there or would they sent him home to get surgery..

I feel so numb my baby's hurt in lot of pain and I'm so far ..was so happy & excited to be seeing him for graduation and now that's not happening... man when it rains it pours. :'(

He'll know more once he knows how bad the injury is. He could go to the RCU and continue or he could go to SEPS and go home.

I am soooooo sorry. I can't imagine how you feel. Please let me know how he is doing. Are you able to talk to anyone about this??

OH my, I am so sorry, poor thing and falling, he must of been in soooo much pain.  I will say a prayer for him today

havent heard any thing today yet.  my heart just achs of the feeling of wht he thinking and going through... i wish i was able to be there with him, hoping and praying  he dont need surgery..

:( full of tears...

I'm so sorry to hear this, Carmen! Sending you a great big, comforting hug and wishing your son a speedy recovery and that he can graduate as planned. I more than know how hard this can be, as I now have a Navy Vet... and BC for me were days filled with anxious pride and lots of tears (only takes one Navy Mom to understand another Navy Mom).
