And don't be sorry for not writing me a note last night. I did not get a chance either (as you can see). No apoligies necessary, I am just so glad to have you to talk to.

I am so sorry you did not get to talk to Joe. I am sure you are devastated, I know I would be. It sounds like Evan split his call time. I called his girlfriend to let her know he had called and she said he had called her too but she missed the call. He told us he only got 5 minutes but it sounds like they had 10. Look for letters this week though and hang in there. I know you will talk to Joe soon.

I did ask Evan if he knew Joe and he said they did not know each others first names only last.

Hi Dianne, EVAN CALLED!!!! He called yesterday to let us know that the graduation would be on the 1st and not the 2nd. We only got to talk for 5 minutes but it was so nice to hear him. Did you hear from Joe?

We have not made our travel plans yet either. Now that we know the graduation date we can start. However I forgot to ask if he knows how much time off he will have. I know this varies with each individual. He did say that they mailed letters out on Sunday so watch your mail this week too.

Dianne, Evan's letter did say the 2nd. I have read several comments on this website of the same circumstance, different divisions though. I am hoping Evan will clarify when we get a letter from him. I am anxious to get our flight booked. Have you made your travel plans yet?

Hey there, I have not heard a thing yet either. It is driving me nuts. My husband just keeps saying no news is good new right now. I just want to hear from him. I am sure you know just how I feel. Let me know as soon as you hear from Joe and I will do the same. Thanks for thinking of me too. It is nice to know someone else that shares my worry.

Hi Dianne,
We are from Arvada Colorado (a suburb outside of Denver). How about you, where are you from?

I did not think they would be able to make phone calls. I read on one of the other websites that they should have a phone card. Evan does not, does Joe? Should I send one? It sounds like you are much more familiar with all this since his girlfriend has recently been through it. Any advise would be great!!

My son left from home on the 10th, but from Georgia to Chicago on the 11th. Maybe they are together.
