Hi, your dog is so cute. You got the best pictures of them coming in, I hate to tell you but when I saw it I started to cry, that is my favor part. that is funny about your daughter, I could not wait either and we were all the way on the top so I wanted to push everyone out of the way (but I didn't) LOL when we finally got to him I hugged him so hard and my husband could not even get to his son, mother comes first. LOL

Hi Jody, ok, here are the directions to delect your pictures, 1. go to your page, 2. click on photos, 3. go to my photos and click on that, 3. go to the picture you want to delete double click and below the pictures there should be a delete button, let me know if this works. I really like the picture at PIR when the boys are marching in, that was my favorite part.

Hey Jody thank you so much for all the wonderful information. I will definitely check out the links to the videos you sent me and also check out for the Miami group. I didn't know they had one in Miami. Take care and will talk to you soon.

Boy you have been through a lot. My parents have been very lucky in North Port, one storm they lost a tree and power but that is about all. Well only good things should happen to to you now. LOL Thanks for explaining about the web site, yes I have been on there, I already belong to three that is plenty. I did know how to delete pictures I will have to go back and write down the steps for you, it is funny sometimes I do it and I go back to do it again and I can't seem to do it, what is that all about. LOL But if not my husband knows. That is nice about taking the other sailor with, he must be very homesick, some kids are just like that, that is very hard to see as a mother. That is a good thing to let your son decide.

Hi Jody, well answer to your question is, I don't remember either, lol. The only thing I can think of was that I see you are in Orlando Florida and I am also a Florida mom. We are in Miami. Did you join the FLorida moms group yet? I didn't see a group for moms in South Florida so I just joined the group for Central FLorida. My son leaves for GL on the 18th.

Good Morning, its Monday, wouldn't that be great if they did PIR together! Well time will tell, I have never been on the N4M site is that a group? Yes I think you are right you can only put 5 pictures on your page, but after a while I might change them, it only took me months to get them on. LOL That is wonderful that you can fly free, I hope that worked out for you leaving your job early, are you looking for something else or just enjoying for a while being home? That is terrible about that boy getting nothing, you should of given him a hug. LOL Stephen brought home a boy with him during PIR, his family could not make PIR, they live in Florida. Now he now my second son, I still keep in touch with him, he is in GL. On my pictures, he is standing with Stephen, a very nice young man. Stephen did say his roommate at BC, he was from HA never got anything so we started writing letters to him but his father did come to PIR so that was great. Have a great day and i will talk with you soon.

So they are two weeks apart, so I will let you know everything that goes on with Stephen and you can pass it along to Justin. I did see the pictures with Justin, I was wondering if that was his place or not, pretty nice. There is a way to send information to one another without everyone see, I did it before but I cannot seem to do it again it has to do with your in box, I have gotten last names, phone #, we have to work out something. We will! Japan, WOW! Well maybe you could drive. LOL It is amazing what our young men want to do with their lives. Stephen's class started on Thur, but offical it starts this Monday, so it was aloud to get a few classes in before Monday, does not make sense. Yes Stephen said that the weather has been nice, well anywhere has been nicer then Chicago. LOL He better use sunscreen he is Irish with white sick and burns easily. Thanks, I have a lot more pictures also but how many can you put on your page, I thought maybe down the road I would change them, but really I just got mine on a few weeks ago, I am rather new with the digital camera and all. I still would like to put my son's dog on my page she is a great dog. Yes you are very lucky being that close to your son, that is how I felt during PIR, we were only an hour away. You are lucky you can fly free, that is why we are waiting to see Stephen toward the end of his schooling, it is very expensive and we do have a daughter in school, and we have a dog so we would have to have someone watch her, I work in a school so it is hard to get time off, no vacation time. I am going to find out how to work the inbox so I can get you my last name I have yours so that helps. It is so great talking with you.

Stephanie, you're so welcome. I'm glad to return the favor of passing along valuable info as I hear it. I've added you as a friend so that (hopefully) that will help me to let you know what I can after PIR. Our first letter came 10 days after he'd left us. Our first phone call from him was, gosh, I think about 1 week after because we got it before the letter arrived. He seemed to be getting far more calls than what we expected (as the recruiter advised us that we'd get). But we were happy with that. I think it was because he was doing as instructed and helping out with things (uh-can you say sucking up-haha.) He's a good kid and his division seemed to do really well in working together so he probably earned the extra calls (we've gotten 7 calls thus far and this week we'll get another one). Have you watched the Boot camp 1 &2 videos that are on this site yet? If not I'll give you the link because I remember where they are. There's also 1 showing what things happen at the end that I'd like you to see. There's so much info on this site that I forget where I saw where but I have those since I'd sent them to family. Just let me know.
