OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Got request for friend. Grandson going to A school in Pensacola I think on the 14th. How far do you live from Pensacola? Plan to attend graduation. He has BS on Wednesday, too close to graduation for comfort. Hope he does well. Also plan to attend A school graduation.

We will not be able to attend because we already had a trip to Europe planned. BUT, he has an Aunt and Uncle from TN driving up to be surrogate parents. But he is a Grad N Go. Your so lucky to live close.
