I have been on this site all day long, I have read so many comments and the tears just flow, not because I'm sad, but because the emotions everyone else are feeling match mine and I don't feel so alone.   This is a great site, I hope to hear from you.  Blessings to your SR and your family.

Hi wellen....my son is in the same ship and the brother division (819) of your sons. I read your bio and I know how you feel. My SR is my oldest, the first to leave the nest and I miss him very much! Its been hard to explain to some of my freinds what us boot camp moms go through. Its not like our kids are in college and we can call, skype os visit them whenever we want! I am looking forward to graduation and seeing him again for what little time we'll have.

Thanks Ellen!  Tell me a little about your son.  Mine is 18, just graduated from high school in May.  From his letters, he sounds a little shell shocked at this point!

Absolutely I'd love to talk!  So you are down past the Walmart/Southern Spirits/Lowes area.  Small world!  I love it.
