Staci, I left info for you on your My Page.
Book your flight and make your reservations NOW. Then let your recruit know that you have done so and how proud you are of her and are looking forward to seeing her in her dress blues as a brand new US Navy Sailor. If you are concerned that she may be delayed for some reason, then don't let on to her and book your flight with Southwest so that you can change the flight with no flight change fee.
You are very welcome.
Hi Genine - I think you mean PIR January 5 2018. You might want to edit your page so it has the right date!
My sons PIR date is January 05th also he is in division 48. I haven't got a letter or a phone call hopefully I will soon
I also have a daughter in boot camp whose PIR is Jan.5. I got the form letter and her first letter this week, I am sure Thanksgiving slowed it down. I also got the first phone call from her today. She sounded good in her letter and on the phone. I am really excited to get to see her on Christmas, when we get to adopt her.
Does anyone have any recommendations for places to eat out and things to do with a SR on Christmas Day? What will be open? I have never been to the Chicago area before.
Thanks for any thoughts!
