Update on my girl. They made decision for her today to separate as both feet are now impacted. They are giving her an RE code and told her the US Navy needs recruits like her. They asked her to come back in 6 months. She told me she will jump through the waiver hoops and give it a go in 6 months. Thank you all for your kind words and congratulations to all those new sailors

Sorry to hear that. But at least a decision has been made and she knows where she stands. I will continue to Pray for her. Please keep us posted. We will be waiting these 6 months with you. HUGS
Oh I am so sorry to hear this. The good news is she should get a RE code that allows her to come back. She will have to get waivers, but it can be done! bkm4 (who is also part of this group) has gone through a similar situation with her daughter and she is back in BC and looking forward to graduation next week. I believe she went back after about 8 months - it can be done!!! Hang in there - get your daughter home, get her healed and then she can get back on track. Tell her all us Navy Mom's are proud of her and we know she can do this! We are here for you ;-D
Thank you and all the information on here and on the Facebook has been extremely helpful. I appreciate y’all so much
Best wishes! Can’t wait to hear from you in six months. ❤️
What a girl. Super proud to know that this is the caliber of our military women. I will keep both of you in my thoughts and prayers. Please keep us updated when she goes back in. We all wish her the best.
Disneymom thank you and I am so proud of her! I will be in touch as we go through the re enlistment journey
Oh Chihuahualove3, I just finished up a reply post on your other discussion before I saw this one!!! I'm sorry but this is not the end of the road for her since they are giving her an RE code. I do hope she heals completely and can continue her dreams. Just as I said on my other post, please tell her I'm praying for her and am so proud of her. GO NAVY!!!!
Thank you so much and I will keep everyone posted on her progress.
