Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Is there a PIR group on here for May 8th yet? I know we most likely be able to attend PIR then but to have the group of moms on the same timeline would be nice :)

New PIR groups will be going up in the next couple days.
Hi LadyBluefire - been thinking about you and was going to send a PM but I have to get masks made for my sailor, so need to focus on that today. Ellen0502 - just posted the links to the new PIR groups in the main BC Moms comment page. You might have to scroll down a page or so.
Hugs, and prayers for your kiddos and those in charge at RTC that they will have continued wisdom and insight into the best way to handle things, both with "guidelines" in place but also with needing to improvise as well.
Thanks! Your sailor coming home?
My sailor's ship is working on it's sea trials which means lots of under ways. I don't know how else to explain them but they are gone out for a few weeks at a time, working on executing various scenarios that the ship needs to be testing to get it completely qualified as a ship ready for the fleet. So, it is out and will be back in and then will go back out again. They are still out to sea, but when they come in, I hope to have a package waiting for him.
