Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Wow Carol! Elephant dung! That is definitely quite an enhancement.
I wonder how well my dogs dung will work as an enhancement?
But if I tried using their dung as soil enhancement, wouldn't that encourage them to drop their dung in places other than their designated area? -

Depends upon your dog (by the way, we are liable to catch zoonotic (sp?) diseases from dogs, so don't use.) We have one dog with terminal blond problems--she's a ditz. Our other dog is just a good old brown dog. She has separation anxiety, so the ditz helps the brown dog out just fine. But wait--we could be starting a new discussion page here about our pets!

The only thing that dog poop is good for is if you have a dog that is a digger you place the dogs poop in the hole and they will stop digging there.. Why this works I have NOOOOO idea, but it does.

Haha elephant dung-does it seem to be better than other? We have lamas and alpacas behind us and we get their droppings! Definately will remember the dog poop and hole!!
