Hello everyone. I am taking charge (kind of) of organizing a get together. I know there are people north and south of the cities. I am planning to organize something for the people north of the cities, but if people south want to attend, I will try to find somewhere that is convenient for everyone.

Please let me know if you are interested. I would like to get something done this month - I am thinking May 29 or 30.

Have you a lot from south of the cities? I am still in West Saint Paul. The week end is kind of open for me too.
I am new to writing on this site and corresponding with other people, so be kind to me! I think that it would be very interesting and fun to get together with other families that have sailors. As i read some of the Minnesota moms, we all seem to have had some of the same feelings. While our kids/spouses are at different stages in their Navy careers, if would be fun to listen to where and what they have seen and done, so far!!!

The last weekend of this month would fit in with this household. As we are only 2+ hours from the cities, it isn't a long drivel. Keep us posted, please! ctm
Hi Trina, My daughters name is Samantha, I live in Anoka , Fridays and Sundays work best for me but i might be able to finangle a sat if nessasary Thanks let me know if you need any thing from this side of town.
Hi Tina, I live in Two Harbors. That is 21 miles north of Duluth. My son's first name is Ian. I know they did a meet and greet in Jan or Feb and I had something come up so I couldn't make it. I would love to attend this one. Saturday would be better for me as I work evenings Mon-Fri. I look forward to meeting every one. Jackie
This is Julie, our daughter's name is Sara and as I said before, we live in Richmond. It's close to St. Cloud. Saturday would be best for me as I work second shift and don't get home Friday nights until about 1:15 a.m.. So, Sat. is good. Just not too early in the morning. ;)
Hi, I'm Carol, from Coon Rapids and my son is Craig. I want to come, but don't know which day would work, so I will just keep watching the sight.
Carolyn, we were just in New Ulm on Saturday for the Martin Luther College graduation. New Ulm is a nice town.
Ok, I am going to post one more time for people, but it looks like it will be on Saturday. Dads are welcome to come if they want. This is a chance for us to get together and meet and talk.

I am thinking something during the day - maybe a lunch?

Trina
Where on Saturday? Did I miss something? Sorry if I did.
Hi, haven't been on for a while, we are having some computer issues. Where are you going to be meeting at? I have younger kids that have baseball games on the weekend so I'm not sure I would be able to make it, but wanted to find out where and what time you are planning the get together. Thanks
Any new news?
