Happy New Year to all. It has been way too long since we have gotten together! Let's meet at the Buffulo Wild Wings Grill (76 Northtown Dr. NE, Blaine) at Northtown at 1:00 PM on Saturday, Feb 20th. I will send out another announcement closer to the date. Time to catch up and let our other moms know what's happening with our sons and daughters, mates and friends in the Navy. Please let me know if you can attend so I know how many people are coming. I want to be able to get a table big enough for all of us! Hope to see you then. Bring pictures!!

I've been looking forward to another meet and great. Thanks for putting this one together. I will be there! I can't wait to hear how everyone's holidays were.
Hi - JJ -

I too would love to come!! - in fact I will be down in the Cities, Friday evening thru Sunday, after I pick up my daughter at Central Lakes College in Brainerd. But I will be at HM Regionals over at the Marriott by the Mall of America, we will not be done until close to 6. My HM Director is from Blaine too! SO close! I will have my daughters with me as well! - Would have been nice to meet some fellow Navy Minnesota Moms!

You all have an awesome time! - I have been busy making Pillowcases - and packing stuff for the USS Cleveland - this month has flown by so fast!
We will miss all of those who will not be able to make it. We'll take pictures! And for those who will be coming, I hope that we can catch up on all the things that have gone on since last we saw one another. Three more days! Saturday will be here before we know it. See you all then.
Hi Everyone - what a great get together! Loved seeing you all again and hearing how all our sailors are doing. Thanks for the rose JJ....made hubby curious where I 'really' went! hahahaha! When he realized what Tshirt I was wearing put his mind at ease...hehehe
I agree, Robin. It was a fun afternoon, and what a nice place to give us a discount!!!. JJ, do we send them a thank you?
I love the rose. It will bring a smile when I look at it, and remember such nice friends.
Have a beautiful Sunday. Julie, How are the guests doing?
A great time was had by all of us (and a few women that weren't even a part of our group as well). It is always nice to get a rose when you're not expecting it. I, too, am wondering how the out-of-towners are handling the snow. We did really missed those who were not able to attend today. Way too much fun!! As always, my husband didn't even noticed that there was a flower sitting on the table at dinner time! LOL But that isn't unusually, he doesn't even notice when I get my hair cut and colored!! I will drop a Thank You note in the mail in the morning for the Wild Buffalo Wings Grill. They have always been very nice to us when we have been there. We really have to do this more often!!
Thanks for sending that. How is the DSL?
Well, as things go in my house, Ted hasn't gotten around to MY COMPUTER yet. He was playing in the garage with the turn-of- the century car all afternoon. By the time I fed him, and he took his nap...well let's just say....I am still waiting for the speed to get increased in my computer. As things go, there is always tomorrow. At our ages, someone just doesn't want to rush into things. Now, on the other hand, if high-speed was installed onto MY computer FIRST...well within milliseconds it would have been installed on his as well.

After all these years, I have gotten used to waiting....and waiting...and waiting. Sorta like downloading pictures with dial-up!! LOL I will post those as soon as I can.
There IS always tomorrow :)
It should be in the marriage vows that anything new should be the wife's first.
I am going to try to download these two pictures. Hope it works.

Well, that didn't work, as far as I can tell. Let's see what hapeens when I actually send it.
hey it worked.....Now for the other one:

Although they aren't the best photos in the world, they look just like the people that had all the fun! Of course I did get rid of all the stuff in the background. Nothing like having a beer sign right above our heads! LOL
Looks Good! Glad you took the beer sign down. Wouldn't want to give anyone the wrong impression!!!!! :)
