Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Molly mom's are busy packing those boxes...  Lots of packing parties coming up!  We want to be sure that each sailor aboard receives a pillowcase...  so let's keep count here! 

 

 

300 PT shirts have been shipped by an Army Chaplain!  AMAZING!  Thank you Donna!

 

36 cases of energy shots are headed to the ship!  Thank you to Shirley and Diane!!

 

More than 200 cases of other goodies have been shipped!!

 

The seven gals have had boxes filled with lotions, pillowcases and more shipped!! 

 

Now we have 800 male sailors to take care of...

And for sure we make it fun... for both the sailors and moms!!! Love that quote!!!
Am I to understand that at this point we still need 229 more cases? Just so everyone here knows. I will not let any one of those sailors down. And I am personally committed to keep sending cases until the count is down to 0. It may take me a month but by golly I will see to it.
I know how you feel... I sent over 80 pillowcases myself! Our first goal was to send to those sailors that do not get mail... then we enlarged it to send one to every sailor... though we fell short of every sailor aboard, we have successfully sent Molly mom love to the sailors that do not receive mail! Can you imagine in just three short weeks what we alone accomplished?!?!?!
That makes me cry nancy ------- your so , well you know ----damn these sailors are so lucky to have moms like you guys in here !!! tears tears

Donna that is really sweet ! Hold on to that thought..I do know moms here in MAS that thoughly enjoy sewing for our adoptions and sometimes looking for help in many ways!!! ♥
We accomplished on the Cleveland though old fashion MOM deep hearted love! think of what WE have done as a group...I KNOW we ALL rock and see many more successfull adoptions in our future.

Hi - just wanted to confirm that one box is on it's way with 13 pillowcases in it to the USS Cleveland contact. Sent some other "goodies" in the box as well.
YEAH Natalie whew we are doing so good!!!!!
