Here are some of our favs!

Mellow Mushroom- It is near the mall. Best pizza, salad, and hoagies!

Red Robin- Good Burgers!

Sumo Sushi- It's a hole in the wall but SOOOO good if you like sushi.

Tijuana Flats- Also near the mall. Good quick burrito place.
Joe Pattie"s has AWESOME seafood! It is near down town. There is a HUGE fish market where they bring in all kinds of fresh catch...and about 2 blocks away there is a Joe Pattie's restaraunt that is open for lunch where you can buy all kinds of seafood...The shrimp there is AWESOME!
There is a Buffalo Wild Wings right next door to the MellowMushroom by the mall. The Carribean Jerk Boneless wings are AWESOME! There is a hole in the wall bakery called J's Bakery on 12th and they have some really great baked goods! The cinnamon bread it awesome!
Stay away from Yamoto's Japanese restaraunt...the food is over priced for the quality and the management is sub-par...
I can't remember the name but we ate at a Greek restaurant when I was there this weekend. Its "something" brothers. My salad was awful but the food my fiance got was really good. I would go back and try it again but order something different.
Tuscan Oven
Italian food, moderately priced, about the same as the Olive Garden's prices.
I liked it. We got one pizza for my wife, I got a pasta bake, a soda, cheese cake, and tiramasu for 30 bucks! The best part, we have left overs!!
I have no clue. I think so, it is on 9th Ave I believe and down the road from the mall and all that stuff. Down south though, so if you are familiar with where Best Buy and that is it is south from the mall area south of Applebee's and Olive Garden.
Yeah, I ate my wife's left over pizza!! It was good cold too! When her parents come down I will take them there too.
The Shrimp Basket is a really great place to eat, and the prices are good too! My fiance and I eat there a lot when I go visit him on the weekends! I agree with Chrisbunny that McGuires is awesome!! I live in Biloxi,MS and my friends go to pensacola on the weekends as a getaway and for spring break a lot and everyone ALWAYS eats there! They really have great food!
Tijuana Flats - great food and military discount offered
Mondays they have 50% off with military ID
Everyday is 20% off with military ID (I was told).
ok, so when i went we didnt have a car to drive anywhere for food but we didn't intend on leaving the hotel room either.. :o) so for sustanance we ordered in. We got pizza delivery one night from Hungry Howies (the have a flavored crust that is uber amazing!) There are quite a few in the phone book so the one that delivers to base (cause we were @ the Navy Gateway in) # is 850.457.6900.

And another night we got Hamburgers and Wings delivered! (also to the base) My hubby was uber excited about this! lol. The food was really great! Big, restraunt style hamburgers. All the toppings on the side, so nothing got limp. The potatoe wedges that come w/the burger were amazing! but they did get a lil soggy from being closed in a box... Super friendly staff! Anyway their name is Wing Zone and their # is: 850.456.0071
also have now been to mcguires and crab trap and bagel heads.

mcguires - amazing irish food. MUST try the potatoe skin appetizer!

crab trap - fare prices as far as sea food goes. they are low key but very nice. great food. (i normally dont eat hush puppies but they gave theirs out, like bread sticks, before the meal and they were pretty good!) we ate out on the patio that over lookes the gulf. gorgeous. windy though! bring a scarf!

bagel heads - awesome bagels. AND open early! so many bagel choices and they make bagel sandwiches and coffees. we only went for breakfast but I'm sure lunch and dinner fare was just as amazing!
