My son said Disney made it, he said he heard it is awesome! So they seem excited about it!
thanks for the info on battlestation 21, it sounds hard but it seems like all of ours have been doing well so lets pray and hope this goes just as well!!
Cheryl I have alot of faith in our Boys! I just hope my son don't get delay grad because of his running! If so I will be devestated.... They work well as a team and I am praying for all of our kids!
Cathy, is he having a hard time because of blisters??? Will pray extra hard he passes running!!! I'm sure he will be just fine..but doesn't the waiting and know they have a test coming up just about drive you insane??!!! Then I get to the weekend and think whewww we made through another week!!! Can't wait to meet everyone!!
How did track meet go with your daughter?
track meet went great!! she is doing really well for only a sphomore..we are a class D1 school and she was racing against b & c classes and tieing or got second!! thanks for asking!! sometimes i feel like i get a little wrapped up in Josh and forget to mention her...
I recieved my letter, only to make me sad.......... I am glad to hear the division is doing better they had a come to Jesus meeting it seems for a inspection this last Monday, I hope the guys pulled it off. My son can not wait to the Battle Station he said rooms flood and all kind of things! He said we get to play with fire, Literally LOL ... My son is in good spirits and he just tired of being there. My son is having trouble with people because he is the type to comply and he is a great team worker. I hope he just gets out on his PIR and he can move to the next level of his great life ahead!
I am sorry the letter made you sad Cathy.....glad to hear that they are doing better together. I usually get my letter today but mails come already and no letter:(

Cheryl- hope your daughter does great at her track meet. We definately will have to exchange cell#'s before we get to Great Lakes.

Cheyanna - my son Josh also said the same thing about Battlestations on the 19th.

Can not wait to meet you all...

Judy
I was so upset I went to talk to his recruiter's. He said if you don't get letters its a good sign. They are doing what they are suppose to! My son feels really alientated from the division, and I don't get letters every week so I am sry you didn't get yours this week but my son said The division is getting better and everyone has there own issues but they are all doing better as a unit! I know our sons are ok and are feeling better as time passes. We are still Mothers/Wifes it seems the pain is the same as the day he left. My son said they had a huge inspection Monday, a do or die for the hall of fame! So I am thinking they worked hard to get their ship to pass to get their Flags! I am confident that is why you probaly did not get a letter. But they are growing and becoming aware of their responsibilty's which shows we raised good kids! LJ422 it will be okay and I know your son loves you and misses you, just hope you get a letter late or a call! I got my letter from like a day by day short paragraph, and he told me Easter was no time for writing because of the inspection!
I was told my son might not grad on time due to his feet issue he has one more chance to pass the running. I am praying hard for him to pass! He has 5 blisters still but the inserts are helping he said. I can only Pray at this point!
judy she did great and we will have to get #'s!! i can't hardly wait just 12 more days!!!! i can hardly wait!! i sure hope they win the hall of fame!!! omgosh how great it would be to have them w/ us overnight!!! i'm sorry you didn't get a letter...it's makes for a long week w/ no word...we'll be thinking of you tho!!!
cathy sounds how josh felt about going to battlestation 21 but was nervous that he would remember all the stuff he needed too...i think that's a little normal....josh is just as tired of being there too and ready to move on also!! where is your son going after pir??? josh goes to pensacola..remember no news is good news...i tell myself that everyday serveral times a day!! lol
Yay ladies!!! Lots of letters today, and ATTN: Div 168 people...I guess they are doing so well as a div that they are elgible for Hall Of Fame. The really cool part is is they get this they will be granted overnight liberty graduation weekend!!!!! He said it means they can leave Friday after graduation and don't have to be back until Sunday! I am so so excited, that would be amazing. Also, said they did a "mini-battle station" and they beat their brother division by 9 minutes and had 1/2 as many safety violations. He also said showering together sucks and he does not like it. And that the blanket is not soft because it is fireproof and is on the floor several times during the day, and that the sheet has only been washed once since he got there so he doesn't use it. Said they only can iron after "lights out" which I think is kinda strange. He finally got some antibiotics and sanitized his canteen because he thought that was what was keeping him sick. Sounds like they are all doing okay though, that makes me so happy. Hope you guys are all having a good night, I am going to go continue my letter to him. Night :) .
