Thank you I don't think my son cares about the pay he can earn that further down the road. I hope all Div make it and no one stays behind they all have worked so hard for it! I just really heard the devestation in my sons voice, that did me in! I have not and can't stop praying for him and I know he feels he failed but he just needs to redo it, so he can keep going forward. I just wish I would have spoke with him today to encourage him, I am not sure if the team will help him but this is on him..... He has to do it, and everyone else will need each other in BS. I hope he makes it I can't handle another week I really can't!
That's what Josh said too...they would get to sleep Mon. and be up for BS on Tue... Good Luck and Prayers!!! I agree Judy hanging in there together is the only way and it sure does help to know we're all in the same BOAT!! lol
Dear Ladies, I am putting ALL our 'FAMILIES' on the prayer list at church!! There is power in numbers!! :0) So GOOD LUCK TO THEM ALL AND GOD BLESS THEM!! THEY CAN DO IT TOGETHER!!!!!! Cheryl
LADIES of 168. Did you get your call?? My hubby got to call for over an hour. They were in recruit heaven :) Came in 2nd place overall which is amazing, but no overnight liberty. I am sooo proud. They don't sound nervous about battlestations, I know they will do great!! I hope you all got a call. SO sooooon :)
I did! OMG it is too good for words even--he is calling me back later.
He is nervous he will fall asleep.
He knows Ben Clark!
He was promoted to E3 for being top 10% and I just adore adore adore him!!!
He knows Ben????? Sh%#, I've been out, better check my cell phone IF I can find it!!! Ben's been promoted to E3 too- I'm so, so, so happy that you got a call from Tony!
I noticed you're staying at the Res. Inn too. Are there really 12 of you? Sweet Jesus that will be quite the drive! I doubt we'll be going to M&G 'cause we get to Ohare at 5:30 and will prob. just go get settled. I'm traveling with Ben's gf and his dad (my ex) is coming in separately though we're sharing the suite (awkward).
Anyway- if you see me at the hotel then flag me down! I look just like my photo (oddly enough) only without the dog. Do you have a photo of yourself so I can recognize you? The jury's still out over the pink scarf and me- I mean this is rural Maine, I practically have to drive half an hour to find toothpaste! I'll see what I can do.
I have to walk the pup- watch- that will be when he calls.
OH!! I can bring a pink scarf for you to wear if you want! I will look for you--I wish I knew what room we are in--yep 12 of us making the trek!
recent pics of me, sure--let me send you my facebook page!
yeah he asked if Ben's last name is Clark and I said yeah I think so!
The gf got the call- not me. I'm feeling rather slighted, but I'm not surprised. They've been together 5 years and were living together for the past year- they're very close...but still. I guess it's all part of the letting-go stuff that we're all facing, and it's healthy for them. They're not our babies any longer. She said he's doing great- she didn't say anything about him being E3, so I may be wrong- he may actually still be E2 (?), I don't know. Happy weekend!
darn the GF!!! UGH! We will be seeing them so soon!!
I just put a long post on the PIR discussion about my phone call....IT WAS GREAT..45 min long
The division is doing great and got a flag that nobody else did.
Cheyanna....It is my Josh that knows your husband!!!!!
How cool is that......

Judy:)
OMGosh girls I GOT A CALL TOO!! IT WAS WONDERFUL!!! We talked for about 40 min and then he got to call his dad who wasn't at home!!! how wonderful!!! Josh sounded soooooo good and so ready to be done!!! He said they weren't to worried about BS.....I will write more later have to get going on prom stuff!!!!! happy day!!!@
I did not get a callmy son was not allowed to participate because of the run..... Glad they did well and hope Monday my son achieves his run!
