Keep good thoughts ! My son is in Div 925 and I didn't get any letters for a week and a half , finally got them last week and he said letter writing was a privilage that was taken away for being sloppy during drills. I have only gotten 1 phone call.So keep praying and don't loose faith ! This division will make it !
Jessica-Thanks so much for replying. We can't share password on here but I can message you privately, I am not sure I am reading my son's handwriting correctly!
Hi All, I have not had a computer lately so am just catching up on things. I got a letter from my daughter yesterday. According to her, BS for 182 is May 4 8pm - 8am and she will get to make her call to me on May 5 between 2-3pm (that may be 3-4 pm our time). She did not say any thing about whether or not her DIV had earned a flag. They were finishing up fire fighting and had had test 3. She sounded upbeat and indicated all was well. She has always said she would only be able to call 3 times - once after arrival, at 3 weeks and the upcoming call. I have not been getting much mail from her because they are so busy - she said they spend 6 hours practicing marching, doing watch, etc. This Sat they will have the Captains Cup which is games of some sort. On Thursday of next week they will practice for PIR. I was not able to print the parking pass yet. They will soon be SAILORS!!!
Lorraineld/Jessica: thanks Jessica....I got the correct password and printed the pass! Does anyone know if you are able to type your recruits name and info on the lines or just write them in? I wasn't able to print in Adobe.

Lorraine, the info you gave was such good news to hear something finally. Please keep the info flowing for us that aren't getting the info! I know some said they have sruggled as a DIV, any word if that is improving from anyone? I know they are all ready for PIR and I too will be glad when it's over!
Would it be possible for you to share the password with me? For some reason I never got that letter in the mail. I called the recruiter and he passed me on to the public affairs office who told me I have to get it from my daughter...and she doesn't remember it.
Hi All,
I have received 4 letters from my daughter (div 182) this week. I am not bragging but do want to let you know what is happening. She works in the office and often finds out stuff. Today was the final PFA, tomorrow is test #3, Sat is Captains cup, Sunday holiday, Monday drill inspection, Tuesday BS 8pm - 8amwednesday morning. She said she would make call #3 between 2 - 3 pm Wednesday afternoon. I dont know if that is their time or ours - I will have my phone on at work all day!!!
Their division flagged on two different things last week but she did not tell what their flag will look like. I think they get to design the flag as a DIV. It sounds like everything is shaping up for them!!! I am so excited!!! I still don't have computer service at home so I will be checking in as I can.
Lorraineld: Thanks for posting the schedule you got from your SR! So the start date is May 4 for 182 and get to make the call on the 5th if I have that straight. Also, I got your phone message late last night and got home late tonight...but I will touch base with you soon so we can all be nervous together! Good luck and prayers to the divisions going before ours!
Hi!!! We have another guy on here also so you are not alone as the only male. Hopefully you two can talk.
We welcome all who have loved ones in this division!! A week from today and we get to hug them...finally! Hope to see you all at the meet and greet next Thursday. My continued prayers are with our recruits!
hi i have a girlfriend in this div and been on this site since she left meps welcome this site is great
Have you all found the Facebook page where you can be a fan of the RTC? The have some pictures of past PIR's so I assume 5/7 PIR may make it on there too. It's http://www.facebook.com/NavyRecruitTrainingCommand, I believe!
Scarlett'smom: Did you get the password? I have sent you a request for us to e-mail privately. No passwords on this open forum! CherylB
