Lynn (an all who are lurking) yes… I am so excited. Can you believe that at this moment next week, we will be with our kids --- opps – sailors. Yes... they got an 8 week course in maturity and now they are not quite our babies anymore. We booked at a Homewood suites down the road a bit. The two room suite allows us to be a bit more comfortable in visiting, and in case she wants want to go take a long deserved nap in a plush bed, or a swim in the pool, it will be available for her. I read somewhere that they seat you close to where our group will be at PIR. So look for me – I will be standing next to the6’ 4” guy who is screaming at the top of his lungs with Pride. See you all soon… Mary and Steve
i know its here its here, yes i know they are our young men that we have worked so hard to get this point in their life but you know they will always be our babies....look you just need to give me a call....as soon as you get accepted for friends i will send you my number...i was hoping that we could have a special meeting with just our division but i dont see anyone responding to that. For those who may want to see some really awesome shots of what the kids are about to do - go check out this site. http://www.rickbluhm.com/portfolio%20pages/BS21.html This is one of the creative desingers and he did an awesome job with the photos. Count it down my friends.... 6 days till hugs and congrats.

Now a personal guestion for all the parents of the "BC" glasses wearing sailors. Jessica asked us to ship contacts so she did not have to graduate in glasses. At the risk of a RDC tossing $50 worth of contacts in the trash, we are sending. Anyone else?
Rob was hoping that his would break so he could wear his regular glasses (lol)
and this is worth a view... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZfa4nsxzN4

Hi our daughter is on ship 14 division 187. What is the captains cup. Did everyone pass? Have they done Battlestations yet and the Gas Chamber? Our daughter's name is SR Shoffner. Anyone heard anything about her.
from my understanding its which division can do more physical stuff like situps, pushups but as a unit. Correct me if Iam wrong or if anyone knows for sure. And Battlestations is last which is this week.
