If you have a recruit in this division please let me know. I know that all of us who have someone graduating on 06/11 have to stick together. But it is so nice to know the family and friends of the men my husband is spending all of his time with. Also, I thought we could send letter or cards to each others recruits to add a little variety to their letters. Please let me know what you think!

I know my husband would be so thankful to know that I am getting so much support from his classmate's families. I look forward to talking to everyone on here and learing more. I can not wait until the meet and greet to be able to put a name with a face.

Good luck Navy Ship 11 Div 212!!!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL OF YOU WONDERFUL WOMEN WHO HAVE MADE THIS JOURNEY I AM ON SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH EASIER!!
hey i was looking around and ship 11 div 213 got a lot of letters on may 5th..ish, not fair.....:(
WoooHoooo, heard from my boy. He says that this division is the screw up division. Lots of guys how talk when they shouldn't, and that gets them in alot of trouble. Sooooo good to hear his voice. He sounded very happy and upbeat. He says now he's gotten the hang of things. He's already passed his PT requirements with a 10:44 in the run, 96 situps and 67 pushups. He's on staff and says he bunks with the section leader. That means that he gets a new bunk mate regularly, because they fire the section leaders requently. Their group is close to a scholastic flag, but they don't have one yet. I got as much information as I could about the division, so I could share it with the group. I have the last names of a few of his friends, but obviously I can't post them here. We can personal message to see who belongs to who. I feel like 15 tons have been lifted from my shoulders. :):):)
How exciting - I just heard from Kelly too! I wonder if he was on the phone at the same time as your son because he said there was a guy next to him on the phone that's in his division that he gets along good with. Hopefully everyone will get a call today since we didn't get one yesterday.
I wonder too. My son said that they call eachother by last names mostly. And we can't.
I think it will be great when we finally all meet. Won't our sailors be surprized at all of our "Naval Mom Intelligence"? I think they will get a kick that we are all together in this.
Michelle,

Josh called me also!!!! He wasn't as upbeat as I would have liked, but this call was better than the last. Like Ben, Josh said that the division isn't the best. He said they had to do IT for an hour and a half yesterday after they got into trouble. Josh also told me that his bunk mate got DC and so he doesn't have one right now. He said he did Secruity watch last week and rifle training this week. He said his next PT is next week and he feels better about passing that he's been practicing a lot. I told him I had met a lot of moms on her from DIV212 and I told him I only knew first names, but I would get lasts and write him. Our last name starts with a C did your son mention anyone with a last name that starts with a C??? He missed talking to the older kids by 5 minute, but he did get to talk to the baby. He also told me that they got their mail yesterday and he got more than 20 pieces and they were able to send theirs out today. My week has been made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
HOO-Rah!!!! Got the call at 4:02, Kyle had the same to say about the division. They are smart bunch but they can't march! He sounded great and I thought I was going to jump out of my skin! Says the food is good, he is passing all his tests and he has a good bunk mate, he only knows him by first name (Nathan from Fla). Really misses his girl, and can't wait to get through this to the next level of Navy. I told him I had befriend alot of mom's and wives on here and was asking him about differnt guys names and he said we only know alot of guys by last names. Destinye I ask him if he new Josh and I explained he had trouble with first PT test and he had kids(he said I know him!) He said the division is made of alot of Nuke recruits, He is aviation.
He also said I don't get yelled at much because I do what ever i'm told to do. He also said that he just sent out letters on Sunday. He said in the extra time they have he is ironing alot, and he also gets up 30 minutes before so he can have his boots on and laced up Properly! (Kyle is very meticulus and neat). All I know is I have to work tonight and take care of patients and I would love to have a nice glass of wine right now to just take this all in. I am so happy that most of you great moms got calls today, and here is to getting some mail soon. "5 minutes is worth so much more to me right now"!!!!!
Maria said her son's name was Nathan. not sure if she's from FL though
Yes Yes Yes... Talked to Nathan Monday... that is my son Nathan from Fla.... he really likes Kyle!!! internet is out so just getting to answer and see everyones posts. see last post about 9pm Wed. Nathan sounded good! but tired. I will talk to everyone soon.
My son's last name starts with a C, too. His first name is Travis. Ring any bells?
My sons name is Nathan also! I have just joined this site. Its been fun reading all of the blogs from moms and wives who have men in his division. He also told me in the first letters I received today that his group has gotten beaten a lot. He said something about some one not getting the bathrooms cleaned on time. Nathan is a Nuke. He also had his wisdom teeth pulled and has dry sockets. He has passed everything except the running part of the PT. He is very thin and not the athletic type. I'm sure this has been a big challenge for him, but he seems to be adjusting. I hope they get the scholastic flag. It would be good for morale.
Hi Everyone, I got a phone call today about 4:25pm. Collin sounded great!! He said that the food is good and the beds aren't.
He said that they have been getting "beat alot"(I assume he means extra PT) because some people in the group aren't following the directions very well. He said that they get mail everyday but can only write on Sundays. I feel so much better now. I hope you all get calls today too!!!!
