If you have a recruit in this division please let me know. I know that all of us who have someone graduating on 06/11 have to stick together. But it is so nice to know the family and friends of the men my husband is spending all of his time with. Also, I thought we could send letter or cards to each others recruits to add a little variety to their letters. Please let me know what you think!

I know my husband would be so thankful to know that I am getting so much support from his classmate's families. I look forward to talking to everyone on here and learing more. I can not wait until the meet and greet to be able to put a name with a face.

Good luck Navy Ship 11 Div 212!!!

Hello!
Has anyone heard when our guys are doing Battle Stations???
Hey Michelle, I haven't heard a thing ,I am dying to know how the gas chamber went. How are you doing with your illness.(I hope your better) My oldest son and husband had that together in July one year they gave them this cough medicine that worked wonders, I will never forget the name( phenergan) It is the best for chest congestion. The best thing is to rest for that also. So relax but you can get excited that is alright. Hope for some letters wed. or thurs. don't these guys know we neeeeeeeeeeed info! This weekend we should try and hammer out what we need for M&G and who is bringing what. I am also going to check my bag, there are just to many dos and don't for carry ons and this way I can bring more and things in bigger bottles. Well I have to write to my son tonight befor I get to tired. (might take the easy way out and type it on the computer). Good to hear from you, Bren
I talked to TC today. I think the gas chamber is tomorrow.
.....the neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed info part. Isn't that the TRUTH. I want to know and I WANT TO KNOW RIGHT NOW! We're just concerned moms and its really hard to let someone, even the NAVY to take the reigns. I think we're gonna see quite a bit of change in our young 'uns!
Yes, we're a bunch of empty nesters. Not sure how old your boys' are but mine is 19, almost 20, and he's a mama's boy (don't tell anyone) but he is super independent and I know this is the best thing for him and even though he's going to be on the other side of the country from me he'll always be my little boy. He sure wasn't going to amount to much hanging out at my house forever. I'm just a super proud mama and I can't wait to see the transformation (although it also will make me cry, cry, cry!)
Brenda~ The banner is going to be so cool, I can't wait to see it. What colors are in it? I got navy and gold stuff for the tables so I hope they go okay with it. I got Navy table cloths with gold stars and confetti. I also thought I would get a bunch of little picture frames if everyone could bring a small picture of their sailor. If someone has not taken the job to have name tags made I will be glad to have some made for our division. I could use your picture of the banner and have that put on them... that would be fun!
LINM~ As far as I know Battleship should be at the end of this week. Not all division can go at once so they start on Tuesday and go until Friday. So we should get a call NO LATER that Saturday, I'm hoping for sooner though.
Ladies~ If any of you get the "I'm a Sailor" call would you please let me know. I was going to wear our Navy wife/children shirts, but I went and got us all nice outfits today. I was told that there is a bit of a walk though so I thought I'd ask what yall have heard. But like someone said, they guys have worked so hard for this and are going to look thir best so why shouldn't we. Has anyone heard anything new? I thought we might get calls today since it was a holiday, but so far nothing. I am alomst as excited for next week as I was for our wedding weekend. It's such an exciting event and the days leading up to it keep me pumped. Reading all of your post get me even more excited. I think we may get there a I'm thinking Josh will wanna keep it low key so the kids and I will go out and explore. Is anyone else going a little early?
I hope yall are having a sunny summer day...we are!!! We have swam for the last 3 days
Hello Ladies,
I was out of town for the weekend and following your blogging, just couldn't respond to anything. Just got home to find no letters, but sounds from your letters and calls all is going well. It's hard to believe we have less than two weeks to go. I'm getting super excited. ~Abbe
Destinye, I took a picture of the completed banner (on my photo page) that way you can see the colors and it will be fine with the tablecloth. Do you want me to bring the plane navy blue t-cloth for extras or not? Sounds like alot of our Division is going to be at the Meet N Greet. I also think the name tags you have are a good idea. By the way on the regular group 6/11/10 Charles mon said her son said he has BS21 on the 9th and they have to stay up 48 hours (i think he is Div 210). So I think by the end of this week (maybe thurs.) they might start BS21 from other Pir groups prior to ours they do 2 division a night. I was reading the Pir from 5/21 and one womans daughter passed out in the hall and hit her head so hard she was taken out by ambulance. Other people commented on the fact that several passed out during the ceremony and we attended to. That must be a combination of nerves, lack of sleep and pure exhaustion. I will be bringing my Navy T-Shirt along Navy is printed in hot pink for (Females) and got that at a bargain with Navystuff.com also got the whole sweat suit to.
I thought for sure we would get phone calls too, but nothing (have all these questions to ask him) but I was going to send another questionaire but they will be so busy by the time he would answer and send it back I'll be on the plane Thursday. Since they only get to write on Sunday and mail it out, it won't come until Thursday! I just hope when we get a call next time it is a little longer so we can get a little info we need. Also the weather in PA has been in the high 80's and low 90's and sticky. Gives me bad hair days!!!!!! I sorry this is so long but I have to confess!!!! I AM A N4M's JUNKY!! (lol) :) :) :) :)
I bought one of those shirts, too, navy with hot pink, numbers on the sleeve. I am a junky, too. hahaha...
Hey ladies. I wanted to share some info with you regarding graduation and seating. I read on this site that we will want to sit to the right of their div sign. I took it that while sitting, you want to be to the right of it. Also, they will know where they will be standing in the group, if they are towards the back then you'll want to sit up a little higher so you can see them. I am writing to Ty to ask him if he knows where he'll be standing and possibly draw a map for me, you may want to do the same, just so that you can get the best seat to be able to see your 'Sailor' for the entire graduation.

If you search N4M site 'seating' it bring a lot of comments and a couple groups.
Talked to TC today. He is in the first row behind the flags (Navy name for that is sticks LOL) on the far right! 10 days. I'm so excited!
I know the answer is somewhere out there, but some of you can probably answer this for me quickly. After PIR, when do our recruits actually get to leave the base?
