Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

hORAY!! FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE ELSE ON SHIP 12, DIV 263, MY SON IS ON THIS SHIP. WE HAVE HEARD FROM HIM TWICE BY LETTERS SO FAR. HOPEFULLY THIS WEEK COMING UP, WE WILL GET A PHONE CALL.

My son is ship 12 Div 263 as well. Left on June 10th
I received my first letter Wednesday and my first real phone call yesterday. It was so nice to hear from him.
We have received 2 letters thus far but no phone calls. Maybe soon. I went on the site for graduations and ship 12, div 263 is not listed yet, maybe this it will be posted this week. Have a Happy 4th of July and God Bless our Sailors.
My son was thrilled that he can eat cereal and p-nut butter and jelly in BC. Ah the simple things in life.
Hi JeanBean! This link gives the graduation date for the 6th of August but listed as Divisions and not ships.

Hey,
My daughter is ship 12, Div 266, she is graduating on Aug 6th as well. Does anyone know when battlestations takes place? I thought we would have received a phone call by now?? Anybody kow anything about Div 266?
My husband is also in Ship 12 Div 263..to date I've gotten two letters and one phone call, but from what I hear they, as a group, are doing well.
Tori, glad to hear from you about Ship12 Div 263. We have heard by mail from him but no phone calls as of yet. He sounds good in his letters and told my son that he's going thru X-box redraw. HaHa I say to that. It is good to hear that as a group they are doing well. Take care of yourself.
I got my Phone Call @ 2:10 today, greatest call ever!! "I'm a Sailor", that's all he said before I started crying. HooYah!! I'm so proud of him!!!
