Welcome :) Congrats on the 18 pounds Susan, wow! Along the same lines as the Wii fit, I play that video game called Dance Dance Revolution...it is a dance game where you step on a mat to hit the arrows going up the screen. I seriously burn about 300 calories in a half hour playing that game, it is really fun!
There are some dance games that my daughter plays with the Wii, maybe I should check those out more closely. Nothing like watching a bunch of 12 yr olds beat the crap out of you on a dance game!
So I told my mom I'm going back to WW, She said "wait for me", lol. She's moving back in with us for the school year, so I'm being a good daughter and waiting, boy but she needs to hurry cause all Im doing is stress eating and it's killing my wast line.
You are so nice for waiting Amber! When I am ready to do something, especially something like weight loss that requires a lot or motivation, I have to do it right when I feel ready or else I just put it off forever! Good luck :)
Hey I got a question, where we gonna put this disscussions once our SR's graduate?
We can still chat on here can't we?
I think so, but when our guys graduate, maybe we can just have the admin change the group OR I can just start a new group to reflect our guys going to A-School and we can also keep in contact that way.
Well, let's just say I am now "more than twice the woman I used to be"......

I'd love to take belly dancing classes - I've wanted to since I was a little girl. Or should I say - a young girl?

Facebook has a nice "my Diet" app I use but no one has ever joined me on it.
I have a Wii fit, used it mabey twice, lol. I need to get it out, just no modivation, UGGGGG! I use my wii for watching netflix right now, lol. I don't think that was their intentions when they "invented" the Wii!
Im on the WW bandwagon too! 2 weeks. Only down 5.2, but like someone said, I'm trying! For anyone who has Wii, try Just Dance or Just Dance 2. They are much more realistic and much more fun the Dance Dance Revolution! Some fun tunes too! With the summer months, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers are a staple for me. I make Pico de Gallo by the gallon and use it in place of salad dressing on my salad. I also use it on haddock, and as a salsa (almost identical) and use toasted WW or low carb pitas as chips!
Yummy! Those are some delicious sounding food choices. Thank you for the suggestions :)
Just bought the Just Dance for Broadway. That is way fun!!
