Hey ladies, I hope you don't mind that I moved our page to our PIR group.  I read where we need to do this so that the other page can be cleared for the next group.  Plus this will be easier to keep up with!  lol  Hope you all are having a great day!

Good Morning Ladies! Praying everyone has a blessed Sunday! I just want to take this time to say thanks to everyone that supports me on this site. If it wasn't for you I would probably be in a rubber room by now! lol My prayer is that we continue to support each other and all the SRs that are to PIR 10/1 through letters and prayers! Reading through the posts from last night, I apparently missed something. We all have one goal and that is to make it through PIR on 10/1! Mtn Mom I hope you will stay connected with our group, I for one will miss you if you don't! Good day Ladies!!!!!!!!!
Hello everyone,
We are back from a weekend out of town visiting family. That made a couple days fly by. So tonight I had some news to write in a letter. I had stopped mail delivery while we were gone, so it will be really great if there's a letter from our son, when I get the mail. I see a link to parking passes is up. That's exciting!
Welcome home Maureen. Glad you had a good weekend. Yes we can print our parking passes today! YEE HAW!!! Hope you get that letter today! Have a good day!!

Glad you found this page, greenie. It's very helpful and supportive. A massage sounds great sailor mom1, good for you. Thanks sondra, if I get a letter I will share info. I see theforecast is for 72 degrees at GL today. It must be feeling cold to some of the SR's who came from the south. Have a great day everyone!
Thanks ladies but I have come to except my letter must be lost in the mail! lol Maybe I will get one this week explaining everything! I know he is busy and he said that he had received extra watch at church on Sunday mornings. And that he was helping out at the service after that. So I am trying to keep from getting my feelings hurt! I got my ribbons in today and they are beautiful! I might just wear it every day from now till PIR! lol Welcome Greenie! I am sorry I guess I should have told you about the page. Charge it to my head and not my heart. Sailor Mom I know you are so ready to hold that baby girl! Maybe today will be the day! Hope everyone is having a blessed day!
Bummer....no letter here. I just remembered that expression, "They break them down to build them up." Well, something like that... anyway, they've got to be on the building back up by now. So glad we're way past August 10th!!!
The internet decided to work at home again. Go figure. When i get back from GL I will have to call the cable company to come and check out the lines. Sailor mom - how is daughter and baby? Waiting for the post of her grand arrival. I don't know how you are getting on with all this excitement , God Bless You.

Waiting for my ribbons. They must be beautiful. Good idea to wear - show our Navy pride. Visited my SR recruiter office today. They thought they were done seeing this sailor mom - lol. No, really they were happy to see me and right away asked about my SR. It is a great recruiting office, every one pulls together and they take care of their deppers. I know , mine was there for a year. They want me to call after BS to them right away (they are the parents as well. lol

Hang on Navy Moms/Wives we are almost there!! PS, bought my Tide pen today and ordered a case of tissues (not really) but I know I should.
Might be cheaper if we all pitched in and bought a case of tissues!!!! lol We are going to be sitting together and we can just pass it around! lol I have been wondering about battlestations 21. Has anyone heard when our DIV will be doing these????? For those of you that your SR is staying in GL for A school I joined a group today for that. Not very active now but lots of good info! Besides we are going to have to find a new group in just a few short days! :(
My SR said that they started 28th 8pm to the 29th 8am and calls the afternoon of the 29th. Of course that can change...in a previous letter he stated it was the 29th-30th. So...its one of those two days. Sure wish we would get a call.
