Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I love to send a theme in my boxes... one of the favorite themes is a meal in a box! Use your imagination and you can recreate most any meal... just think 'inside the box'!!
Here are some of the favorites that I have send.
Disposable Aluminum Pan or Reynolds HOT BAGs are great to cook in and help with clean up. I also include extra foil to cover the pan... just cut a big piece and fold it up!
If you send cans be sure they are pop top or include a can opener! I send Tuna or Chicken in the foil packets. Tastes better and is easier to pack.
Chicken Fajitas Chicken in a pouch, Fajita Seasoning Packets, Canned Chopped Tomatos/Diced Chilis/ Sliced Olives/Fried Onions, Lemon Juice (Plastic Lemon or Packets), Tortillas, Microwave Pre-Cooked Rice Pouches, Tabasco sauce/salsa
Pancakes- (Krusteaz pancake mix-only needs water, dried fruits, bacon bits (to add t the mix). Include a ziploc for them to mix the batter in. Honey, a shaker of cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, and even maple syrup… foil to cook on.
Italian Dinner - Pasta & Spaghetti Sauce-buy the canned type not in jars
Chinese Dinner Chow Mein, Chicken pouches, Waterchestnuts, canned baby corn, soy sauce packets, Fortune Cookies & Chop Sticks. We have an Asian market place by our house that I look for fun things to add to this box.
Nacho Supreme Makings Tortilla Chips, Velveeta, Salsa, Olives, peppers, and more
